Our Story
Redefined Couches got its start with Dawson and Grant out of college at SEMO (Southeast Missouri State University) — two guys who saw how good these deep-seat, sink-in "cloud couch" sectionals were and figured people shouldn't have to deal with multi-week shipping waits or buy furniture sight unseen online just to get one. What started small has grown into a real operation across two Missouri locations, but the basic idea hasn't changed: we buy in bulk, photograph every real piece we have on hand (garage, driveway, wherever it happens to be sitting that day), and sell direct — no marketplace middleman, no dropshipping.
Every listing on this site reflects what we can actually put our hands on right now. If a color or shape is out of stock, we say so. If a piece has a flaw, we point it out before you buy it, not after. That's not a policy we had to write down — it's just how Dawson and Grant have always done business, going back to our very first sale.

Fast, hands-on delivery
Same-day and next-day drop-off is common, not the exception. We've shown up on short notice, helped carry pieces in, and set them up in place — no separate delivery company involved.

What you see in a listing is the actual piece, actual color, photographed by us. We'd rather tell you a couch isn't in stock than sell you on a stock photo that doesn't match.
